Free standard ground shipping applies to new orders and returns to customers within the 48 Contiguous States. 

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding holidays).  Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

**The customer is responsible for examining the product(s) upon reciept and reporting and damages or errors to us within 2 business days. Failure to due so will be considered acceptance of products in good condition.**

Returns:

Jobri items cannot be returns, unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or freight damage.

Defective items may be returned within the warranty's limits. Please see warranty information below. 

The customer must report any damages due to shipping to Optimal Office by email (support@youroptimaloffice.com) within 2 business days. Failure to notify us after 2 business days constitutes acceptance of the product(s) and waives any claim of apparent defects or errors.

The Jazzy kneeling chair uses BifomPad technology featuring a supportive base foam with a layer of memory foam covered with durable 360 degree stretch fabric. It also comes standard with a chair back which provides comfortable support and allows you to rest your core muscles while using the kneeling chair.
