Shipping:
Free standard ground shipping applies to new orders and returns to customers within the 48 Contiguous States.
Quick Ship: Orders under 10 units are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

**We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays**
**The customer is responsible for examining the product(s) upon reciept and reporting and damages or errors to us within 2 business days. Failure to due so will be considered acceptance of products in good condition.**
Returns:
No returns will be accepted on HAT products after the order is placed, unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or freight damage.
Defective items may be returned within the warranty's limits. Please see warranty information below.
The customer must report any damages due to shipping to Optimal Office by email (support@youroptimaloffice.com) within 2 business days. Failure to notify us after 2 business days constitutes acceptance of the product(s) and waives any claim of apparent defects or errors.
Warranty:
HAT warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when the title passes to the buyer. HAT will repair (only pre-approved labor and service costs are covered under this warranty) or replace (or issue a pro-rated credit if a similar product is no longer available), at its discretion, any defective product without charge (shipping charges excluded).
HAT may require proof of purchase before performing any repairs or replacing any products during the warranty period. Except as specifically set forth above, HAT makes no warranties, express or implied and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Repair or replacement of the product ordered from HAT shall be buyer’s exclusive remedy.
HAT will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
- Damage caused by a carrier
- Labor charges
- Normal wear and tear
- Defects caused by failure to follow instructions related to the product’s installation or intended use
- COM or other third party materials applied to the products. Products subjected to improper use and conditions
- User modification of, or attachments to the product, including application of your own materials
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accident or alteration
*Normal use consists of a 5 day, 40 hour work week.

- CPU Holders: 5 years
- Lighting: 2 years
This warranty shall be effective for the applicable time period starting from date of purchase as shown on your original receipt or other proof of purchase. The warranty covers the original purchaser of the product.
