Free standard ground shipping applies to new orders and returns to customers within the 48 Contiguous States.
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding holidays). Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

**We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays**
**The customer is responsible for examining the product(s) upon reciept and reporting and damages or errors to us within 2 business days. Failure to due so will be considered acceptance of products in good condition.**
Returns:
No returns will be accepted on products after the order is placed, unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or freight damage.
Defective items may be returned within the warranty's limits. Please see warranty information below.
The customer must report any damages due to shipping to Optimal Office by email (support@youroptimaloffice.com) within 2 business days. Failure to notify us after 2 business days constitutes acceptance of the product(s) and waives any claim of apparent defects or errors.
Warranty:
- Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser all components for the life of the product with the exception of upholstery and foam, which will be warranted for 5 years.
- Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material defects. Eurotech will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered components.
- Eurotech does not warrant any aftermarket hardware that is installed on the product.This warranty is made as of 10/01/2017.
- Eurotech’s warranty is limited to the normal use of the product in a 40/hr work week and a 275 lb. weight limit unless otherwise noted.
- Eurotech shall NOT be liable for consequential or incidental damage arising from any product defect.
- Eurotech’s warranty is limited to replacement or repair and does not cover cost of transportation and labor. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described. Proof of purchase is required to validate this warranty.
- Eurotech does not warrant customer’s own material.
