Shipping:
Free standard ground shipping applies to new orders and returns to customers within the 48 Contiguous States.
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding holidays). Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

**We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays**
**The customer is responsible for examining the product(s) upon reciept and reporting and damages or errors to us within 2 business days. Failure to due so will be considered acceptance of products in good condition.**
Returns:
If your order has arrived but you no longer want it, you have 30 days after delivery to return it for any reason.
Unopened Item - Request an Return Authorization and ship the product back. There is no restocking fee but you will need to pay for shipping it back. ErogUP will refund your purchase price minus actual shipping charges within 15 days of receipt by the original form of purchase.
Opened but Unused Item - Request an Return Authorization and ship the product back. There is a 10% restocking fee and you will need to pay for shipping it back. Upon inspection, if any pieces are missing from returned box, buyer will be charged to replace those parts. ErogUP will refund your purchase price minus actual shipping charges and restocking fees within 15 days of receipt by the original form of purchase.
Damaged Items - ErgoUP contracts professional delivery companies to deliver your order; yet, accidents damaging your ordered items may occur. While this occurrence is extremely rare, we do ask our customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival and note all comments on damage in their entirety on the bill of lading. If damage occurs in transit contact us at support@youroptimaloffice.com within 2 business days of delivery so we can help remedy the situation.
Please Note: Products that are custom ordered can not be returned unless they are damaged.

Warranty:
90 DAY LABOR WARRANTY:
Labor will be performed free of charge for 90 days from the date of purchase and will be performed at an authorized repair facility.
ONE YEAR PARTS WARRANTY:
Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and only covers defects in workmanship during regular operation of the product.
Do not return damaged items to place of purchase, contact us directly.
Warranty does not cover shipping related damages. Please contact the shipping provider for that service.
