Free standard ground shipping applies to new orders and returns to customers within the 48 Contiguous States. 

Hipp chair models ship directly from Sweden. Orders should be expected to arrive 2-3 weeks from the order date. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

Returns:

BackApp items cannot be returns, unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or freight damage.

Defective items may be returned within the warranty's limits. Please see warranty information below. 

The customer must report any damages due to shipping to Optimal Office by email (support@youroptimaloffice.com) within 2 business days. Failure to notify us after 2 business days constitutes acceptance of the product(s) and waives any claim of apparent defects or errors. 

Warranty:

Backapp offers a 5 year limited warranty for normal use (8 hours per day) of persons weighing up to 250 lbs.

Returns:

We offer a 30-Day Return policy. If you are not satisfied with your new desk it can be returned for a refund.

• You must reach out to us at returns@youroptimaloffice.com within 30 days of the desk's arrival per the delivery carrier.
• All components of the product must be boxed up in original packaging to ensure that the item returns safely. If the product is returned improperly re-packaged, you could be subject to a restocking fee. 
• The product must be in like-new condition without any scratches or damaged  components. 

Warranty:

Parts are guaranteed for two years, however, seller MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER WRITTEN, ORAL, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, or STATUTORY relating to the LIMITATION OF goods purchased from or through seller. RESELLER HEREBY EXCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OF BUYER'S REMEDIES MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Buyer waives all claims against seller relating to goods purchased from or through seller, and agrees to assert all claims for breach of warranty, contract, or tort against the manufacturer of the goods. The parties agree that buyer's sole and exclusive remedy shall be for the repair or replacement of defective goods by the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's customary warranty. All specifications and engineering information have been obtained from the product manufacturers for buyer`s convenience only. Seller does not assume responsibility for accuracy of the information provided by the manufacturer.
