Free standard ground shipping applies to new orders and returns to customers within the 48 Contiguous States. 

Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding holidays).  Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

Returns:

No returns will be accepted on products after the order is placed, unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or freight damage.

Defective items may be returned within the warranty's limits. Please see warranty information below. 

The customer must report any damages due to shipping to Optimal Office by email (support@youroptimaloffice.com) within 2 business days. Failure to notify us after 2 business days constitutes acceptance of the product(s) and waives any claim of apparent defects or errors.

Care & Maintenance Instructions:

Wipe with a damp cloth using water or gentle, nonabrasive cleaner. For guaranteed safety, patch test with diluted cleaner before wiping entire surface. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
